" I hear her stand up and pick up the blade from the table. I feel her gaze. Likewise, I see her shadow creeping up on me.
- No! I won't die!
I'm hot! The air has become unbearably suffocating. The cosy and homely warmth to me has become a hellish cauldron!
The cold blade touched my throat, but I continued to lie down.
- Why won't my body obey me? Come on! Move!
Did she manage to slip paralyzing powder into my food?
No. Not that! Not here, not now... "
